Evvelki kuralda kalecilerin topu ellerinde tutma ise 6 saniye ve cezas\u0131 ise endirekt h\u00fcr vuru\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>\u0130\u015fte IFAB&#8217;\u0131n oyun kuralllar\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 birtak\u0131m de\u011fi\u015fiklikler:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> -Bir kalecinin topu 8 saniyeden daha uzun m\u00fcddet tutmas\u0131 halinde (hakemin eliyle geri say\u0131m yapmas\u0131 ko\u015fuluyla), hakem rakip ekibe k\u00f6\u015fe vuru\u015fu verecek.<\/p>\n<p> -Bir kadronun yetkilisi, yedek oyuncusu, de\u011fi\u015ftirilen oyuncusu ya da s\u00fcreksiz olarak oyun alan\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda olan bir oyuncusu, oyun alan\u0131n\u0131 terk ederken topa dokunursa ve haks\u0131z bir m\u00fcdahale niyeti yoksa, disiplin yapt\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 olmayan bir endirekt h\u00fcr vuru\u015f verilir.<\/p>\n<p> -M\u00fcsabakalarda art\u0131k hakemin bir VAR incelemesi yahut uzun VAR denetiminden sonra anons yapma se\u00e7ene\u011fi bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p> -IFAB, FIFA kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmalar\u0131nda ma\u00e7 vazifelileri taraf\u0131ndan tak\u0131lan beden kameralar\u0131n\u0131 test etme taahh\u00fcd\u00fcn\u00fc destekledi.
