Uluslararas\u0131 Futbol Birli\u011fi \u015euras\u0131 (IFAB), 1 Temmuz’dan itibaren y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girecek ve kalecilerin vakit ge\u00e7irmesini \u00f6nleyecek yeni bir kural\u0131 da bar\u0131nd\u0131ran kural de\u011fi\u015fikliklerini i\u00e7eren bir kitap\u00e7\u0131k yay\u0131nlad\u0131.<\/p>\n

IFAB’\u0131n sitesinden yay\u0131nlanan kitap\u00e7\u0131\u011fa nazaran, art\u0131k bir kaleci topu elinde en fazla 8 saniye tutabilecek. Kaleci topu 8 saniyeden fazla tuttu\u011fu takdirde, bir yandan g\u00f6rsel olarak 5 saniyelik bir geri say\u0131m yapacak hakem, m\u00fchlet a\u015f\u0131m\u0131nda rakip ekibe k\u00f6\u015fe vuru\u015fu verecek.<\/p>\n

Daha evvelki kuralda, rakip ekibe endirekt \u00f6zg\u00fcr vuru\u015f verilmeden evvel kalecinin topu b\u0131rakmas\u0131 i\u00e7in 6 saniyesi vard\u0131 fakat bu kural hakemler taraf\u0131ndan nadiren uygulan\u0131yordu.<\/p>\n

Yeni kurallara nazaran, oyun alan\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda olan bir oyuncu yahut tak\u0131m vazifelisi, saha i\u00e7indeki topa dokunursa ve haks\u0131z bir m\u00fcdahale niyeti yoksa, endirekt h\u00fcr vuru\u015f ve disiplin yapt\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 uygulanmayacak.<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131yeten, G\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc Yard\u0131mc\u0131 Hakem (VAR) protokol\u00fcne yeni bir ekleme yap\u0131ld\u0131. Bu d\u00fczenlemeye nazaran hakemler, VAR incelemesi yahut uzun VAR denetiminden sonra anons yapt\u0131rabilecek.<\/p>\n
